ThisIsOurYear retains full editorial control of all listings, at all times, all changes made by the users are considered suggestions ONLY and may, and will be changed by a ThisIsOurYear editor.
Site descriptions MUST be accurate, and unique. Using the same description that you have used in another location such as a different directory is grounds for your site to be removed or suspended until such time that the description is ammended.
Site title MUST be accurate, and closely represent the busines name and market. Using an incorrect of missleading title is grounds for your site to be removed or suspended until such time that the title is ammended.
User accounts are free.
The site listing fee is $24.95 this may change at any time without notice.
The site listing fee is non-refundable as this is an administration cost, sites which fail to comply with the Terms of Service may, and will be suspended at anytime without refund.
Where sites are suspended as part of an editorial review notice will be given by means of email to the email provided at time of signup of the account holder to that listing. Sites that are suspended due to unavailability (this will be detected by out spider service) no notice will be given. Suspended sites will continue to be spidered and placed back into the directory when they are again available.
Your primary site and the details given here must be in English.
Do not spam or try to cheat - you will be barred!
No affiliate only or MLM sites.
Do not use ALL UPPERCASE.
We do not accept sites with adult content those that incite criminal behaviour/ hate or discrimination.
All information provided must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Sites with inaccurate, false or illegal information, or those that do not follow these guidelines will removed and barred from future inclusion.
Sites must remain live and reachable, sites which go down or are unreachable will be susspended without notice.

ThisIsOurYear Search uses external feeds, and services that are beyond our control. Unavailablility of these services will in turn affect our service and we provide no guarantee or warranty to these services.
